Here you can control ON and OFF time independently.
Design Details: The POT has 6 major divisions Thus to have each major division of POT corresponds to 100 ms We have to select T = 600 ms Thus from above formula and for C = 100uF we will select R = 8660 Ohms.
NOTE: Higher supply voltage selected to minimize error due to forward voltage drop in diodes. Due to this error you have to set POT position slightly lower than calculated.
